Nordic Club Zagreb

My journey began in 1986, when my first Samoyed entered my life. What started as a love for this extraordinary breed gradually became a lifelong dedication to breeding, exhibiting, working with dogs and, ultimately, judging.

In 1989, I registered my FCI kennel, Blanja Polar, and since 1988 I have proudly presented my dogs in the show ring. Over the years, my own dogs and dogs bred under the Blanja Polar name have achieved championship titles in numerous countries, as well as BIS and BISS victories and prestigious awards at European and World Dog Shows.

Today, eight adult Samoyeds share my home and my life. I continue to exhibit them and, just as importantly, to work with them in sled dog activities.

I am a judge for the entire FCI Group 5 and for the Bernese Mountain Dog. Over the years, I have had the privilege of judging at specialty and international dog shows in Slovenia and abroad.

My involvement in cynology extends well beyond the show ring. I have served as President of the Commission for Professional Matters of the Kennel Club of Slovenia. I currently serve as a member of the Executive Board of the Club for Nordic Breeds and Spitz Dogs of Slovenia, as a member of the Breeding Commission for FCI Group 5, and as a breeding advisor for the Kennel Club of Slovenia.

After so many years, dogs remain a true and deeply meaningful part of my life. They have given me unforgettable experiences, wonderful friendships, challenges, achievements and, above all, countless moments of joy. I am grateful for every dog that has crossed my path and for all the people who have shared this journey with me.

I am sincerely looking forward to judging at your show. It will be a great pleasure and an honour to meet the exhibitors and admire many beautiful dogs.
